Section 42. Maintenance of funds Uttar Pradesh Maharishi University of Information Technology Act, 2001

42. The funds established under sections 39, 40 and 41 shall, subject to general supervision and control of the Board of Governors, be regulated and maintained in such manner as may be prescribed.
