1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2013.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on May 20, 2013.
