24. Inspection of under taking,etc The licensing authority or any person authorized by the Milk Commissioner may inspect or examine or cause to be inspected or examined any premises, equipment or record and milk or milk products of any dairy, or any undertaking of a processor or manufacturer to satisfy itself or himself that no contravention of this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder has been, is being, or is likely to be committed.
