Section 101. Minimum closing balance shown in budget UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPALITIES ACT, 1916

101. In framing a budget a Municipality shall provide for the maintenance of such minimum closing balance (if any) as the 1[State Government] may by order prescribe.2
