Section 89. President of meeting
UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPALITIES ACT, 1916

89. If at a meeting 3[President is not present] the members present shall elect one of their members to be the 1[President] of the meeting, and such [President] shall perform all the duties, and may exercise all the powers of the 2[President] of a Municipality when presiding at a meeting.
