Section 13. Finance Controller

13. Finance Controller There shall be a Finance Controller / Account Officer who shall be appointed in the same manner as in the case of the Registrar having such qualification as may be prescribed by regulations. Provided the first Finance Controller / Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the Executive Council in consultation with the State Government.
