Section 19. The Executive Council

19. The Executive Council (1) The Executive Council shall be the Chief Executive body of the University. (2)The administration, management and control of the University shall be vested with the Executive Council, which shall control and administer the property and funds of the University. (3) The term, power & functions of the Executive Council shall be such as specified in the Schedule.
