Section 4. Enrolment THE Uttar Pradesh Prantiya Rakshak Dal/Vikas Dal ACT-1948

4. Enrolment
Subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, any person may be enrolled as a member of the 1[Prantiya Rakshak Dal/Vikas Dal] and his conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed.
