Section 6. Debarring of Student THE UTTAR PRADESH PROHIBITION OF RAGGING IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ACT, 2010

6. Debarring of Student
Any student convicted of an offence under section 5 shall not be admitted in any educational institution for a period which may extend to five years from the dated of order of debarring.
