1. Short title,extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Promotion and Protection of Fruit Trees (Regulation of Harmful Establishments and Housing Schemes) Act, 1985.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on May 15, 1984.
