Section 11. Indemnity

THE UTTAR PRADESH PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF FRUIT TREES (REGULATION OF HARMFUL ESTABLISHMENTS AND HOUSING SCHEMES) ACT, 1985

11. Indemnity No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any officer of the State Government or any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
