Section 20. Public Servant THE UTTAR PRADESH PUBLIC EXAMINATION (PREVENTION OF UNFAIR MEANS) ACT, 2024

20. Every person engaged in the conduct of public examination shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of clause (28) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 45 of 2023).
