Section 22. Protection of action taken in good faith THE UTTAR PRADESH PUBLIC EXAMINATION (PREVENTION OF UNFAIR MEANS) ACT, 2024

22. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any person in public service involved in public examination which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
