Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement-
THE UTTAR PRADESH PUBLIC MONEYS (RECOVERY OF DUES) ACT, 1972

1.(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Public Moneys (Recovery of Dues) Act, 1972. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh. (3) This section and Sections 2 to 5 shall be deemed to have come into force on December 4, 1965.
