Section 1. Short title and extent THE UTTAR PRADESH PUBLIC PREMISES (EVICTION OF UNAUTHORISED OCCUPANTS) ACT, 1972

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1972;
(2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.
