Section 6. Territorial exercise of powers THE UTTAR PRADESH RAJARSHI TANDON OPEN UNIVERSITY ACT, 1999

6. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the University shall in the exercise of its powers has Jurisdiction over the whole of Uttar Pradesh.
