Section 6. Appeal

6. Appeal Any person aggrieved by an order passed under section 5, may, within Appeal thirty days from the date of such order, prefer an appeal against the order to the State Government, which may, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the appellant, pass such orders as it thinks fit.
