Section 5. Restrictions on carrying on the business of cold Storages

5. Restrictions on carrying on the business of cold Storages On and after such dates as the State Government may, by notification appoint in that behalf, no person shall carry on the business of storing any agricultural produce in a cold storage except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a licence granted under this Act.
