Section 142. Recovery of arrears of rent from asami of Gram Panchayat, etc. Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code-2006

142. Arrears of rent due from an asami holding land from a 1[Gram Panchayat] or other local authority either before or after the commencement of this Code, shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
