Section 213. State Government to be necessary party in certain cases Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code-2006

213. Subject to the provisions of this Code or the rules made there under, the State Government shall be made a party to any suit instituted by or against the 2[Gram Panchayat] or local authority under this Code.
