23. The Planning and Monitoring Board (1) The Planning and Monitoring Board shall be the principal Planning Body of the University and shall be responsible for the monitoring of the development programmes of the University. (2) The constitution, powers and functions of the Planning and Monitoring Board shall be such as may be prescribed.
