Section 35. Dispute between Institute and State Government

35. Dispute between Institute and State Government If, in or in connection with, the exercise of its powers and discharge of its function by the Institute under this Act any dispute arises between the Institute and the State Government, the decision of the State Government on such dispute shall be final.
