1. Short title extent and commencement land (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Special Area Development Authorities Act, 1986. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh excluding cantonment areas. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on October 8. 1985.
