12. Amendment of plan (1) The Authority may, with the approval of the State Government, make such amendments in the plan prepared under Section 8 or 9 as it thinks fit. (2) The Provisions of Sections 10 and 11 shall, mutatis mutandis apply to any amendment made under this section.
