Section 33. Power to issue directions

33. Power to issue directions The State Government may issue such directions, not being inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, as it deems fit in respect of matters arising out of or connected with this Act and it shall be the duty of the Board to comply with such directions.
