Section 40. Public officer to furnish copies or extracts.

40. Public officer to furnish copies or extracts. All public officers having custody of any record, register, report or other document relating to the Temple or any movable or immovable property thereof shall furnish such copies or extracts of the same as may be required by the Board or the Executive Committee or the Chief Executive officer.
