Section 30. Power to acquire Land

30. Power to acquire Land Any land required, reserved or designated in any plan shall be deemed to be the land needed for public purpose within the meaning of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act no. 30 of 2013) ; and may be acquired by the Government on the request by the Authority.
