Section 19. Cognizance of offences. THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE COMMISSION FOR BACKWARD CLASSES ACT, 1996

19. Cognizance of offences.
No court shall take cognizance of any of the offences specified in section 18 except on the complaints in writing of the Chairman or a member or of an officer of the Commission authorised in this behalf by the Commission.
