Section 12. Meetings of Council THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE COUNCIL OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACT, 1995

12. The Council shall meet, as often as may be necessary, at such time and place and observe such rules of procedure as may be provided in the regulations ;
Provided that the Council shall meet at least once in three months.
