Section 19. Authentication of orders and other instrument of the Council. THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE COUNCIL OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACT, 1995

19. All orders, decisions and other instruments shall be authenticated, by the Member-Secretary of the Council or any other officer of the Council authorised by the Council in this behalf.
