11. Terms and conditions for appointment of Chief-Executive Officer and Members of the Committee The Chief-Executive Officer and the Member (Finance), Member (Technical) and Member (Administration) of the Executive Committee shall be full time employees of the Authority and the method of their appointment and the terms and conditions of their service shall be such as may be prescribed.
