Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement THE U.P. PRADESHIK ARMED CONSTABULARY ACT, 1948

1. (1) This Act may be called the United Provinces Pradeshik Armed Constabulary Act, 1948.
(2) It extends1 to the whole of 2[Uttar Pradesh].
(3) It shall come into force at once.
