Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement THE U. P. PREVENTION OF COW SLAUGHTER ACT, 1955
In force Uttar Pradesh (State Act)
1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955.
(2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
