Section 9. Offences to be cognizable and nonbailable THE U. P. PREVENTION OF COW SLAUGHTER ACT, 1955

1[9. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, an offence punishable under section 5(b) and sub-section 1 of section 8 shall be cognizable and non-bailable.]
