Section 6. Control of development and building operations in regulated area

6. Control of development and building operations in regulated area No person shall undertake or carry out tile development of any site in any regulated area or 1[erect, re-erect or make any material change in] any building or make or extend any excavation or lay-out any means of access to a road in such area except in accordance with the 2[regulations] if any, issued under 3[this Act] and with previous permission of the prescribed authority in writing.
