8-B-. Motion of Non-Confidence against Chairman 1[Section 8-B. Motion of Non-Confidence against Chairman span(1) A Motion expressing non-confidence against the Chairman of a Cane Development Council shall be made and preceeded with, in accordance with such procedure as may be prescribed. (2) When a motion for non-confidence is carried the Chairman against whom it is carried shall cease to hold office forthwith and shall be succeeded by his/her elected successor who shall be elected according to sub-section (3-A) of section 5 of this Act.]
