Section 21. Determination of amount of public debts not reported by Collector

21. The Collector shall after hearing any objection preferred by the applicant, determine the amount of any public debt which has not been reported under section 6 and which in accordance with rules framed by the [State Government]1 in this behalf is to be liquidated under this chapter.
