Section 11. Power of the State Government to remove a member and Chairman of the Board

11. Power of the State Government to remove a member and Chairman of the Board Any member removed by the Board under the provisions of section 10, may within ninety days from the date of his removal, appeal to the 1[State Government] and the order of the 1[State Government] on any such appeal shall be final.
