Section 11-D. Conciliation Officers and certain others to be public servants THE UNITED PROVINCES INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE ACT, 1947

11-D. Every Conciliation Officer and every member and Chairman of a Board and every Presiding Officer of a Labour Court or Tribunal shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
