25. Erasure of fraudulent and incorrect entries Any entry in the register of medical practitioners, which is proved to the satisfaction of the Council to have been fraudulently or incorrectly made, may be erased under and order in writing of the Council, after notice has been given to the person concerned and his objections if any, have been considered.
