Section 13. Validity of acts and proceedings THE UNITED PROVINCES NURSES, MIDWIVES, ASSISTANT MIDWIVES AUXILLARY NURSEMIDWIVES AND HEALTH VISITORS REGISTRATION ACT, 1934

13. No act or proceeding of the Council shall be deemed invalid merely by reason of a vacancy in the Council or of a defect in the election or nomination of a person acting as a member of the Council.
