Section 3. Establishment and incorporation of the Council THE UNITED PROVINCES NURSES, MIDWIVES, ASSISTANT MIDWIVES AUXILLARY NURSEMIDWIVES AND HEALTH VISITORS REGISTRATION ACT, 1934

3. A Council shall be established and called “the United Provinces Nurses and Midwives Council”; and such Council shall be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
