Section 12. Protection of public servants and limitation of suits and prosecutions THE UNITED PROVINCES OBJECTIONABLE ADVERTISEMENTS CONTROL ACT, 1948

12. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the 2[State Government] or any public servant for any thing which is in good faith done or in tended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
