Section 28. Members and servants to be public servant THE UNITED PROVINCES PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT

28. Every member or servant of 2 [ a Gram Panchayat ] a joint committees or any other committee constituted under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant with in the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
