Section 35. Appointment of Forest Officers for vested forests THE UNITED PROVINCES PRIVATE FORESTS ACT, 1948

35. The State Government shall, by notification, appoint a Forest Officer for the purposes of one or more vested forests or of a specified portion thereof.
