Section 37. Demarcation of vested forests THE UNITED PROVINCES PRIVATE FORESTS ACT, 1948

37. The Forest Officer shall demarcate the vested forest or portion of the vested forest for which he is appointed in such manner as may appear to be necessary in the circumstances of the case.
