Section 8. Height of which trees and age of bamboo culms that may be cut THE UNITED PROVINCES PRIVATE FORESTS ACT, 1948

8. No person with a felling permit shall in a notified area of forest cut down any trees at a height of more than six inches from the ground or any bamboo culm less than one year old.
