29. Conferment of other powers on the Authority.- After a Master Plan or Zonal Development Plan has come into operation under section 12, the Development Authority or its Vice-Chairman shall have such other powers and functions exercisable by the local authority concerned or its Chief Executive Officer, as the case may be, under the enactment constituting that local authority subject to such exceptions or modifications, as the State Government may by notification in the Gazette specify.
