Section 60. Repeal and savings

60. Repeal and savings (1) The Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Ordinance, 1973 (U.P. Ordinance 7 of 1973), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act had commenced on the 12th day of June, 1973.
