Section 39. Terms and Conditions of Employment of Officers and Servants of the Committees

39. Subject to the rules made in this behalf under this Act, the terms and conditions of employment of the members of a cadre, constituted under section 30 and matters relating to discipline, control and punishment which also includes dismissal, removal or reduction in rank, of such officers shall be governed by such regulations, as may be made with the prior approval of the State Government in view of section 68 by the Board.
